These apartments are not part of any affordable programs. This means there is no cap on income.

One-bedroom market rent: $1,650.00

Two-bedroom market rent: $1,980.00

Affordable Program Units;

One- bedroom affordable rent: $1,036 (for people at or below the 50% threshold) or $1,243 (for people at or below the 60% threshold)

Two-bedroom affordable rent: $1,243 or $1,492.

Minimum annual income requirement for one-bedroom: $31,080

Minimum annual income requirement for two-bedroom: $37,290
Section 8 vouchers are accepted. Households applying with a voucher do not need to meet the minimum income guidelines

Affordable Income Limits (annual):

1 person household: $46,440

2 person household: $53,040

3 person household: $59,700

4 person household: $66,300

5 person household: $71,640

Rents include heat, hot-water, and electricity. Property amenities include 24 hour emergency on-call maintenance, parking, onsite laundry rooms and community space.
